The labyrinth symbolizes the process of design. The goal is to reach the center, but the experience of going down the path is part of the fun. Each direction leads you to a new direction, which helps you understand the overall project that much better.

To make the labyrinth, I laser cut, etched and glued two sheets of birchwood together. I then cut a thin sheet of acrylic and fixed to the birchwood held tight by four small dowels. To finish, I placed a stainless steel ball bearing positioned within the maze that was heavy enough to move around the corridors with ease.
